General Manager Murray Hadley’s experience covers all areas of the electrical industry
spectrum. His expert knowledge and skills in estimating, project management, contract
law and business management has been honed over 26 years in the industry, with
qualifications including A Class Electrician Endorsed Fitting & Mechanic. Murray has
held management roles within Geraldton Electrical Co since 1997 and offers specialist
knowledge in establishment of Greenfield sites in remote locations.
Operations Manager Paul Lawrence is an ‘A’ Grade Electrical Mechanic with extensive
industry experience gained working throughout Australia over 30 years. Paul’s mining and
industrial sector knowledge and strength in project management has seen him move from
Industrial Electrical Coordinator to Operations Manager at Geraldton Electrical Co in 2007.
Sales Coordinator Andrew Criddle has 28 years experience in the electrical industry, with
the past 10 years honing his skills in project management and estimating. Having begun
his trade in Geraldton, and remained in the region, Andrew has a strong understanding of
the Mid West. Andrew is an A Grade Electrician and holds qualifications for LV & HV Jointing
for Western Power Underground cables, and HV Switching.
Human Resources and Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator Ron Miragliotta’s qualifications include; Advanced Diploma OHS, Lead Auditor (RABQAS) OHS, Environment
and Quality Management Systems, Cert. II Fire and Emergency Response, Cert. IV
Environmental Management, Cert. Incident Investigation, Cert. Hazard Management
and Cert. Industrial Regulation. Ron’s experience built up over more than 20 years
includes environmental management in the natural resource industry and industry
regulation; Occupational Health and Safety Management, in industry, government and
defence locations; Fire and Emergency Response in defence and community roles and
Occupational First Aid in defence and mining industries.
Project Coordinator Simon Payling has over 30 years experience as an electrician, both in
the UK and Australia, and as a business manager for a welding and fabrication company
and construction company. Simon holds a wealth of qualifications, suiting him to many
areas of the electrical industry. These include A Grade Electrical Licence, Senior First Aid
Certificate and Underground Cable Laying(WP).
Project Coordinator Robert Allen has established a strong skill set, from project
management to condition base monitoring, analytical fault finding, HSE Principles and
HV Switching. With over 30 years experience acting in positions such as Leading Hand
and Maintenance Planning Supervisor, Robert has amassed a reliable knowledge base of
domestic, commercial, mining and construction sectors of the electrical industry.
Project Coordinator Graeme Marsden has worked for 24 years in the industrial and
commercial electrical industry. Graeme has a broad range of expertise in Microsoft
Projects scheduling, workforce management, financial management, planning and
scheduling. Qualifications include A Grade Electrician, HV Switching Licence and ACMA
Cabling License Open Endorsement (Comms cabling).
Project Coordinator Allen Kelly has worked in industrial contracting for 40 years with
expertise in project management, quality assurance and quality control. His qualifications
include A Grade Electrical License, Electrical Contractors License, Certificate IV in Quality
Management and Understanding Tenders and Contracts. Allen’s work history has centred
primarily on large scale LNG & mining projects. |
