Geraldton Electrical Co has a Maintenance & Services Division which specialises in commercial and light industrial service, programmed maintenance, small jobbing, testing and tagging. Services are provided from fully equipped service vehicles and supported by the GECo workshop and ware house facility at 14 Beaver St Geraldton.

Labour Hire
Geraldton Electrical Co has personnel resources employed with partner clients on a long term basis for maintenance and service works, including local and remote mines and local utility and infrastructure providers.

Indigenous Employment

The Geraldton Electrical Co understands that Indigenous Australians are recognised as one of the most socially and economically disadvantaged groups in Australia. Employing, training and the development of Indigenous employees has now become a significant goal of Geraldton Electrical Co. Our aim is to employ 5% of our total workforce with people from Indigenous backgrounds and to foster appreciation of Indigenous cultures and knowledge amongst our workforce. In a positive effort to instigate this Strategy and associated Policy, our Human Resources Coordinator has completed training in Cross Cultural Awareness.
